Q: What does a coach do?
A: Coaches guide their clients to discover limiting beliefs and gain new perspectives on current situations which will lead to better outcomes. They teach strategies to become personally empowered.

Q: How does a coaching session work?
A: The client, you, decide what you want to talk about each session. I, the coach, will ask a lot of thought provoking questions and suggest ways to think differently about a situation or circumstance. I may guide you in a meditation, and or practice a particular process.

Q: Do we meet in person?
A: No, I coach over the phone or by video chat / webinar.

Q: Do I have to sign anything?
A: Yes, an agreement stating our intention to meet, the time and the cost. The agreement also outlines responsibilities of both the coach and the client

Q: Is coaching like therapy?
A: No, your coach is not a professional therapist or psychotherapist
